When do you use toner pads in your routine?

Toner pads are used directly after cleansing your face. So first your cleanser or face wash, then toner pads, followed by your serum, possibly a toner (depending on your skin needs), and finally your cream or moisturizer. The pads are, as it were, the link between cleansing and care. They remove the last remnants of dirt, balance the pH of your skin and ensure that everything you apply afterwards is better absorbed.
